About the Job

We are seeking a passionate and licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team at At Home Therapies. As a per diem Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work on your own schedule and build your own caseload, providing quality rehabilitation services to home care, adult day care, and independent living facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on medical orders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to patients, modifying treatment as needed while adhering to precautions.
  • Ensure medical orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
  • Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in the state where applicable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
