About the Job

We are seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist to join our team at At Home Therapies. As a home-based Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, providing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based treatments to patients, modifying plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
  • Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
