About the Job

We are seeking a passionate and licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team at At Home Therapies. As a per diem Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work on your own schedule and build your own caseload, providing quality rehabilitation services to home care, adult day care, and independent living facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans to meet the needs of patients.
  • Provide individualized treatment to patients, utilizing a variety of modalities and adapting treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and timely.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
  • Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
