Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative position is a critical role within our organization, providing essential support to the Inside Sales Staff and Branch Management Team. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our company, with opportunities for advancement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist with order entry and maintenance, reporting, backlog review, and spreadsheet administration.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide backup support for customer needs and help grow sales with key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal key support personnel, maintaining top levels of professionalism and diplomacy.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an associate degree or 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience in an office or related customer service environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple daily tactical priorities at a quick pace.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word, with proficiency in customer service and standard office practices and procedures.
  • Strong organization and ability to multi-task, with excellent phone etiquette.
Working Conditions

This position is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions, typical of office or administrative work.
