Position Overview:

As a vital member of Nightwing, you will engage in advanced aerospace engineering initiatives, contributing your expertise to pivotal projects that support national security. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in aerospace systems, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
  • Monitor and facilitate the development and production of aerospace projects for government clients.
  • Analyze system specifications and operational environments to recommend innovative solutions for technical challenges.
  • Document and oversee component and system testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and government regulations.
  • Engage in the design and integration of aerospace systems, focusing on electronics and guidance navigation systems.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in electrical component design and system operations, with hands-on field experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of system testing and validation processes.
  • Ability to perform reverse engineering and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in project portfolio management, balancing strategic initiatives with immediate operational needs.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technical requirements and priorities.
  • Familiarity with the global supply chain for electrical components and systems.

Security Clearance:

Applicants must possess a TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph upon hire.
