Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of retail management experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership ability to build, motivate, and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to give direction and participate in a team environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate sales promotion activities and prepare/supervise preparation of merchandise displays and advertising copy.
  • Food Safety Certification: Must have and maintain Food Safety certification.
