Job Overview

Entegee is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Automation Specialist to join our team in the production of advanced ceramics using CVD/CVC reactors. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our reactors and the production of high-quality ceramic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare graphite material to support reactor run orders
  • Load/unload graphite fixtures and remove deposited SiC material
  • Conduct pre-startup reviews and monitor reactor operations
  • Perform regular maintenance and calibration routines
  • Ensure cleanliness and efficiency of work areas
  • Provide detailed shift reports for seamless transitions

Level-Specific Responsibilities:

Level 1 ($20-$25/hour):

  • Pre-startup testing and performance assessment for safety
  • Monitor reactor and equipment performance during operation

Level 2 ($24-$29/hour):

  • Verify records adhere to quality assurance specifications
  • Compile/evaluate statistical data for product quality/reliability

Level 3 ($28-$35/hour):

  • Test products at specified stages in production for performance characteristics

Payscale: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour
