The Quality Standards & Industrialization department is tasked with deploying essential preventive quality standards and processes to guarantee a right-first-time approach when launching new products or industrial projects, as well as when enhancing existing manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be accountable for delivering and sustaining various preventive quality standards deployment activities, motivating your team to adhere to strict timelines.
Act as a catalyst for change to foster a culture of quality across the organization.Identify and investigate potential risks.
Serve as a key resource for continuous improvement opportunities and problem-solving initiatives. Ensure that all documentation associated with aircraft certification is compliant. Implement necessary changes or enhancements within the involved departments to ensure aircraft compliance.
Formulate and execute plans (audits, projects, etc.).Job Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality and/or Process Engineering is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in the Aeronautics/Aerospace field.
Familiarity with PPV methodology is essential, as well as specific knowledge of standards and regulations (AS9100, TCCA, FAA, EASA). Additionally, 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
