Customer Experience Supervisor

Sam's Club is seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Supervisor to lead our front-end teams and deliver exceptional member service. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive results through effective communication and leadership.
Salary: $24-$32 per hour (dependent on experience), plus premiums in specific circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Assisting management with supervision of associates in assigned areas of responsibility
• Assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures
• Resolving member complaints and issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Developing, communicating, and implementing processes and practices to meet business needs
• Demonstrating, promoting, and supporting compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience. Leading a front-end team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others is also preferred.
