Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend their objectives and deliver HR solutions that facilitate these goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, including employee relations, organizational development, and policy adherence.
• Act as the primary contact for employee relations concerns, offering guidance and resolution in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
• Cultivate positive relationships with employees, showcasing the value of HR as a reliable, knowledgeable resource.
• Provide insights and feedback to the HR leadership team to promote continuous improvement and enhance HR service delivery.
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances and recommend suitable actions.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, turnover rates, etc.) in both physical and digital formats, ensuring compliance with all employment regulations.
• Perform internal I-9 audits.
• Maximize the use of HR systems and technology, providing training to others as necessary.
• Oversee the timely payment of invoices for benefits vendors and other HR services.
• Support the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
• Coach management on effective performance management practices to foster a high-performance culture.
• Assist in executing talent management strategies alongside the Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on succession planning, career growth, and leadership development initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure the hiring process aligns with business unit needs.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition into the company culture.
• Support the Payroll and Benefits Administrator in aligning compensation with market trends and internal equity.
• Assist in the annual compensation review process and support management in salary decisions.
• Drive change initiatives, ensuring effective management and communication throughout the organization.
• Support organizational restructuring and other HR-related projects as required.
• Ensure compliance of HR practices with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain current knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders for informed decision-making.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
