Job Overview

As a Field Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing biohazard mitigation projects, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.

This role is perfect for someone looking to expand their leadership capabilities in an impactful industry. While prior experience in mitigation, remediation, or related fields is a plus, comprehensive training and certification are provided to help you succeed.

This role does not have direct reports, but serves in a supervisory capacity with regards to the project as a whole. This role reports to the Shop Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Estimate, recommend, and manage project scopes, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. Advise clients on tailored scopes of work based on their specific needs.
  • Customer Interaction: Lead on-site interactions with clients, delivering empathetic and professional service to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
  • On-Site Supervision: Oversee and participate in biohazard remediation projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid Driver's License and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record required.
  • Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing or supervising job sites, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience, particularly in technical or field service environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Completion of Aftermath's Field Learning Path within 30 days and Supervisor Learning Path within 90 days of start.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
  • Experience with XActimate.
  • Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation, or construction.
  • Customer service experience and military backgrounds are highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a history of successful community engagement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software.
