Key Responsibilities:

1. We Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience:

  • Directs efficient and accurate preparation of products for prompt customer delivery, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Provides production direction to crew members, setting an example for others to follow.
  • Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in operations to improve customer service.
  • Monitors VR/LCE operational programs, processes, and metrics to identify store issues.
  • Demonstrates patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving production instructions.

2. We Exceed Customer Expectations:

  • Motivates and directs crew members to deliver exceptional food and friendly service in clean surroundings.
  • Works with crew to act on customer feedback and resolves customer complaints using the remedy process.
  • Directs crew to take pride in delivering the Customer Promise and Brand Delivery Standards.
  • Assists in identifying and implementing local strategies to market the store and promote store involvement in the community.

3. We Foster a High-Performing Team:

  • Supervises and trains crew members on crew stations, LC/VR products, processes, and policies.
  • Delegates work to crew members, encouraging them to work together to ensure store operations meet LCE standards.
  • Coaches crew members on crew stations and makes them feel their contributions are valuable.
  • Sets challenging goals for self and crew, provides timely performance feedback, and ensures accountability.
  • Coaches others on management team with knowledge of employment laws and policies.

4. We Drive Business Results:

  • Assumes full responsibility for store profit and loss management by implementing market strategies.
  • Coaches team to effectively increase sales, focusing on upselling, traffic, volume, and tickets.
  • Optimizes profit and loss by ensuring proper scheduling and positioning of crew.
  • Seeks best practices from peers to optimize financial controls.

5. We Ensure Compliance:

  • Supervises crew members to maintain LCE store and equipment cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Takes initiative to immediately act on violations of safety, sanitation, or security policies.
  • Motivates and educates crew members and other management to comply with loss control procedures.
  • Shows Operations Coach that he/she can be relied upon to maintain compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Must be 18 years of age.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Demonstration of leadership skills.
  4. English language proficiency that enables speech expression clarity and proficient reading and verbal comprehension.
  5. Proficient math skills.
  6. Completed or willing to complete LCE/Vibe management certifications.
  7. Completion or willing to complete Anti-Harassment training.
  8. The position requires the ability to lift and carry merchandise items weighing up to approximately 50 pounds and climb a ladder to reach supplies stored in overhead areas.
  9. Must have the ability to regularly stand/walk for up to ten (10) hours/day.

Critical Relationships:

  1. Reports to Operations Coach.
  2. May be coached by Regional Director.
  3. Supervises management and crew team members.
