Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Growth and Membership Manager to join our dynamic organization. This role offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive business growth and member engagement.

Main Duties
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business membership
  2. BUILD strong relationships with existing members, ensuring exceptional customer service and retention
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our membership base
  4. Promote our vision at local and distant events, networking with key stakeholders
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and enhance member engagement

Essential Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant field and significant experience in business development or sales
  • A proven track record of delivering results-driven sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • A creative problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per year.
