  • Work closely with the agent to identify new business opportunities and develop leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product changes to provide expert advice to customers.

**Requirements**

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Property and Casualty license (must have currently).
  • Life and Health license (must have currently).
