  • Carry heavy trays and equipment to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator while maintaining safety standards.
  • Store food in designated areas, following proper wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
  • Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
  • Utilize approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, resolving any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety requirements.
