We provide reliable and innovative warranty management services to builders and developers across the US, managing the builder's warranty process, conducting walk-throughs, creating punch lists, and handling warranty claims with homeowners and subcontractors.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team as a New Construction Sales Associate in Wichita, KS.

Sales Role Overview

This is a part-time role working a set schedule Monday - Friday during business hours. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position is $19-21 per hour, with potential commission earnings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work company-provided leads to generate new business opportunities nationwide.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calls daily.
  • Follow up with leads to secure appointments with Business Development Managers and Market Development Representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments set.
  • Participate in sales team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Natural conversationalist with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Persistent and resilient when dealing with rejection.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Advanced negotiation skills to persuade potential clients to schedule appointments.
