Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? Vestis is seeking an ambitious Sales Director to lead our outside sales team in driving profitable growth and advancing with our company. With a focus on uniform sales, linens, and facility services, this role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in consultative selling, account management, and team leadership.

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving profitable sales growth in assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic planning, coaching, and mentoring.
- Recruit, develop, and support sales professionals to meet their weekly activity guidelines and achieve high performance.
- Evaluate and develop existing and new business opportunities through consultative selling approaches.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure overall success of new sales.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Minimum two years business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a service.
- Minimum three years managing sales professionals using an account management approach (prospecting, selling, growing, maintaining, and retaining accounts).
- Industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong track record of accomplishments and demonstrated success managing sales professionals through formal activity guidelines and technology-based measurement systems.
- Professional presence and proficiency in consultative selling skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact-management software such as Salesforce, ACT, etc.
- Willingness to travel, including some overnight travel.
- A valid driver's license.
- Successful completion of Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
