About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Quality Mobile Home Services in Pleasanton, CA. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, making and answering customer calls, and handling filing and processing financial transactions.


Responsibilities and Expectations

Your primary duties will include:

  • Managing administrative tasks, including making and answering customer calls, handling filing and processing financial transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting the overall efficiency of our team.
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in an office environment

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance contributions, cellphone allowance, and weekly pay. The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
