Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive site evaluations utilizing company-issued tools and equipment.
- Capture and document site conditions through photography using the designated company application.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to explain processes and timelines.
- Maintain regular and prompt communication with the scheduling team at Ion Solar.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Mathematical proficiency for calculating material requirements.
- Familiarity with ION technology platforms, including Paycom, FieldPro, Salesforce, and mobile devices.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of roofing and construction materials, types, and terminology.
- Fundamental knowledge of residential electrical systems and relevant terminology.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a clean driving record as verified by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
- Ability to work at elevated heights.
- Physically capable of climbing, standing, walking, kneeling, and crouching for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Required to use hearing protection around loud machinery and wear safety gear, including gloves and safety glasses.
