Environmental Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our team at Precision Castparts Corp. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and developing innovative solutions to complex industrial facility challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement environmental programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with air and water quality regulations.
- Collaborate with the Environmental Affairs department to standardize environmental compliance programs across all facilities.
- Provide technical support and advice on environmental regulations and permit requirements.
- Conduct or coordinate sampling, monitoring, and inspections as required by permit and/or regulations.
- Perform environmental monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting related to environmental management systems and permits.
- Assist with timely submission and/or review of all required environmental reports and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Management, or Geotechnical); or a related technical field.
- Knowledge and practical application of environmental regulations.
- Ability to apply and adapt a wide variety of technical procedures under general directions and to complete work independently.
- Ability to work well with others and provide guidance to non-technical colleagues.
- Ability to plan, schedule, evaluate, and coordinate multiple tasks.
