PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee accounting operations, payroll, and guide various accounting functions including invoice processing, billing, cash management, and month-end closing activities.
  • Ensure robust financial internal control processes across all business units to maintain compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Guarantee timely completion of all internal and external reporting obligations.
  • Supervise the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and review financial statements to ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Provide analytical support for pricing strategies and profitability assessments, as well as assist in market development initiatives.
  • Deliver financial insights to leadership to facilitate informed and profitable business decisions.
  • Offer accounting guidance and analytical support to various departments as needed.
  • Manage credit and collection processes to optimize cash flow while adhering to company policies.
  • Oversee the accounting for capital expenditures and ensure proper management of asset transactions.
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring thorough analytical review and timely submissions.
  • Assist with financial audits, including internal and external assessments.
  • Respond to information requests from corporate departments and field management as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with financial filings and returns required by contractual obligations and regulatory entities.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting or financial experience.
  • At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include an MBA or CPA certification.
