SWA Group is seeking a skilled Construction Administration Specialist in Landscape Architecture to join our team. As a key member of our design office, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review construction drawings and documents, focusing on technical details.
- Monitor and review a diverse range of projects under construction, elevating the level of construction quality.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in landscape architecture and construction administration.
- A professional undergraduate or graduate degree in landscape architecture, landscape construction, architecture, planning, or urban design.
- 2+ years of professional experience in a design office, with a strong knowledge base in landscape architectural construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organization.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam Revu, with experience in Revit or other BIM software a plus.
