Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review construction drawings and documents, focusing on technical details.
  • Monitor and review a diverse range of projects under construction, elevating the level of construction quality.
  • Collaborate with designers and other team members to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in landscape architecture and construction administration.
Requirements:
  • A professional undergraduate or graduate degree in landscape architecture, landscape construction, architecture, planning, or urban design.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a design office, with a strong knowledge base in landscape architectural construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organization.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam Revu, with experience in Revit or other BIM software a plus.
