About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Nurse Residents/ New Graduate Registered Nurses to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Nurse Resident/ New Graduate RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and developing your clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in our Nurse Resident-New Grad Registered Nurse Program, which offers individualized support, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices, improving patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical advancements and technologies.
Requirements
- BSN required
- Less than 1 year of experience
- Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
