Program Overview
CARE BRAVELY TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM UP TO $20,000
LifeBridge Health is actively seeking Nurse Residents/New Graduate Registered Nurses for various units, particularly in the Emergency Department.
We offer Full-Time Day and Night positions, complemented by tailored orientations and internships across multiple specialties. LifeBridge Health presents the Nurse Resident-New Grad Registered Nurse Program, specifically designed for graduates in selected areas. This initiative is available in most hospital units within LifeBridge Health.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory. Candidates should have less than one year of experience. A Maryland Registered Nurse License and American Heart Association BLS Certification are essential.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:
- This innovative program emphasizes support. New nurses receive both individual and group assistance as they engage in educational sessions, case presentations, skill development, and confidence-building activities.
- Support is reinforced through newly established roles that enhance a robust orientation team comprising educators and leaders.
- Clinical coaches collaborate with new graduates and their mentors daily to navigate the clinical environment.
- A life coach is available to assess and provide guidance on work-life balance, stress management, and other challenges associated with this exciting new role.
- The program is offered multiple times throughout the year, aligning with graduation and NCLEX completion.
- The duration of the program varies according to specialty area, class requirements, and the participants' knowledge, skills, and comfort levels as they advance through orientation.
