Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in our Nurse Resident-New Grad Registered Nurse Program, which offers individualized support, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, applying evidence-based knowledge to improve patient care.
- BSN required.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
