About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Nurse Residents/ New Graduate Registered Nurses to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Nurse Resident/ New Graduate Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and developing your clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- BSN required.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
