Job Summary:

Oversee, a leading vacation rental management company, is seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are consistently clean and well-maintained, providing an exceptional experience for our guests and homeowners.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and Maintain Cleaning Standards: Develop and implement cleaning protocols to ensure that all properties meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Lead and Motivate the Housekeeping Team: Supervise and train a team of housekeepers to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests and homeowners.
  • Monitor and Control Linen and Amenities: Oversee the inventory and distribution of linens and amenities to ensure that they are always available and in good condition.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure that our housekeeping services are aligned with our overall business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role, preferably in a vacation rental or hospitality setting.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of housekeepers. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
