Job Title: Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team at Distinctive Beach Rentals. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping function, ensuring exceptional service to our guests and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily housekeeping operations, including assigning and completing in-house cleans, monitoring packing production, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Oversee the performance of independent contractor cleaners and vendors, ensuring quality of work and adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Perform weekly audits of clean inspections, resolve escalated guest and property owner situations, and maintain loose linen and amenity levels.
  • Communicate with the Director of Warehouse Operations to establish forecasts and goals for Warehouse Operations Manager, Drivers, Packers, and Guest Experience Technicians.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as assigned.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background screening.
