Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in veterinary care is highly valued.

Compensation: Starting at $35.21 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on experience through our CareerTrax leveling system.

We also provide competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked during nights and weekends, including:

  • Weekday Shift Differential (Mon-Fri): 6 PM to 8 AM = $4.00
  • Weekend Shift Differential (Sat & Sun): 6 PM to 8 AM = $5.50
  • Weekend Shift Differential (Sat & Sun): 8 AM to 6 PM = $4.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer constant rate infusions (CRI) and perform complex medical calculations.
  • Induce, monitor, and recover patients from anesthesia.
  • Prepare for MRI and CT imaging procedures.
  • Provide discharge instructions and client education for neuro patients.
  • Deliver nursing care to stable patients in accordance with hospital standards.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and manage medication refills.
  • Gather patient histories and communicate effectively with the clinical team.
  • Perform physical examinations and understand normal vital parameters.
  • Execute intravenous catheter placements and venipuncture.
  • Operate intravenous fluid pumps and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Restrain patients during consultations and diagnostic procedures.
