Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technologist to join our esteemed surgical team. This role involves participating in a variety of surgical procedures, including spays/neuters, planned and emergency c-sections, soft tissue surgeries, and orthopedic operations, often in collaboration with a traveling specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the surgical team in anesthesia administration and patient monitoring.
  • Induce, intubate, and place intravenous catheters on surgical patients.
  • Calculate and prepare medications accurately.
  • Provide anesthetic care for exotic animals, including rabbits, llamas, and goats.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on anesthetic equipment.
