About the Role

TorkLaw is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Coordinator to join our team. As a Medical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys and clients in personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate medical appointments for clients, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up.
  • Manage and organize medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers, clients, and attorneys to facilitate the exchange of medical information and updates on case status.
  • Assist attorneys in obtaining and summarizing medical records for case preparation.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Medical Coordinator or similar role is preferred.
  • Some knowledge of personal injury cases is required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Residing in California or Nevada is a requirement.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
