We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Adams Homes. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our staff and customers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, lenders, and vendors.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, such as event planning and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
