Position Overview:

The primary role of the Administrator is to lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the facility in compliance with established policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for organizing, developing, and directing resources to ensure the highest quality of care for each resident is consistently maintained. You will also be tasked with planning, implementing, and achieving the business objectives of the community.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
  • Knowledge of state regulations and guidelines is essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours as required by the position.
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a similar supervisory role.
