Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate submitted claims for precision and completeness.
- Perform prompt follow-ups and investigations on outstanding claims with insurance providers.
- Manage insurance appeals and correspondence for corrected claims.
- Leverage all available platforms for claim tracking and information.
- Prepare and dispatch appeals and corrected claims documentation, along with other necessary disputes.
- Support the acquisition of pre-authorizations as required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing is essential.
- Experience with out-of-network billing is highly desirable.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
