Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our Oral Surgeon and other team members. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Operative Preparation: Set up rooms for all operative procedures, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Operatory Support: Assist the Oral Surgeon during treatment procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Post-Operative Care: Sterilize operatory and instrumentation according to OSHA/CDC standards, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for patients.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Be aware of schedule changes and prioritize actions to ensure smooth operation of the practice.
  • Administrative Support: Utilize office equipment to take and scan films, and assist with intake and documentation, including medical history and consent forms.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and referring doctors.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • CPR Certification: Current CPR certification is required.
