About Our Practice

• We are a FFS practice with a solo dentist model.
• We have a supportive team, including 2 assistants, 1-2 hygienists, and 2 front desk staff.

• You must hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of a post-doctoral residency program for specialists is required.
• You must have a current and active license in good standing in this state (or be eligible to obtain one).
