**Job Summary**


As a Member Specialist at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and promoting Sam's Club products and services.


**Key Responsibilities**



  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the self-checkout area and member service areas
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions, including answering questions and providing recommendations
  • Provide exceptional member service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to member needs
  • Promote Sam's Club products and services, including our private label brands and services such as pharmacy and optical
  • Assist with processing member purchases, including handling returns and exchanges
  • Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity
  • Assist with the training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures

**Hourly Wage Range**


The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.75. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.


**Additional Compensation**


Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
