Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Favorite Healthcare Staffing. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of clinical activities of the medical center, including patient care assessment, patient care planning and implementation, and working on patient care quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate clinical activities of the medical center, including patient care assessment, patient care planning and implementation, and working on patient care quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and the Medical Director to meet the center's program objectives and help ensure optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient care programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • ADN required, BSN preferred.
  • Current RN license and at least 1 year of RN experience required, 2+ years preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience and strong wound care certification preferred.
  • COVID vaccination required.
