About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practice Manager to join our team at Seattle Children's Hospital. As a key member of our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director, Clinical Director, Physicians, and clinical staff to manage, assess, and enhance the provision of patient care services within the PICU.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor staffing plans, scheduling, and staff development to meet current and anticipated needs.
  • Ensure compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, with demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Current Washington State RN license.
  • National certification in a clinical specialty area.

Seattle Children's Hospital offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $123,000 to $184,642 per year, depending on experience.
