Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director, Clinical Director, Physicians, and clinical staff to manage, assess, and enhance the provision of patient care services within the PICU.
- Develop, implement, and monitor staffing plans, scheduling, and staff development to meet current and anticipated needs.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Current Washington State RN license.
- National certification in a clinical specialty area.
Seattle Children's Hospital offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $123,000 to $184,642 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
