About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wildlife Control Specialist to join our team at Arrow Exterminators. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by identifying, removing, preventing, or repairing damage caused by wildlife.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties to identify and address wildlife-related issues
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to prevent future wildlife damage
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Collect payment and propose additional services to customers as needed
  • Work independently and manage own schedule to ensure timely completion of services
Requirements
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
  • Able to pass internal technical exams
  • Possess a current Driver's License in the state where you work
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Present a professional appearance and wear an approved Arrow uniform
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek and willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
