Position Overview:

Real Estate Personnel, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and strategies within the Commercial Real Estate sector. This pivotal role will report directly to the CEO and will be instrumental in overseeing a diverse portfolio that encompasses approximately 100 properties across various states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership in all financial aspects, including acquisitions, financial planning, analysis, and capital procurement.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract capital from investors and stakeholders while nurturing strong relationships with them.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks associated with the portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required; an MBA, CFA, or CPA designation is highly desirable.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, with a proven track record in acquisitions and capital raising.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performance teams.
  • Extensive experience in financial reporting, including the preparation and presentation of financial statements and analyses.
  • Proficient in risk management practices.
