Arcade and Bowling Machine Technician

Join Round1 as an Arcade and Bowling Machine Technician to be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our arcade games and bowling machines. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to develop your technical skills and provide excellent customer service.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Arcade and Bowling Machine Technician.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring that all machines are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks on arcade games and bowling machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure that it is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Must have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Work Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of noise and activity.
