Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Staff to join our team at Round1. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall appearance and cleanliness of our store.

Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow established cleaning procedures to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the store.
  • Adhere to department schedules and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through daily cleaning practices.
  • Familiarize yourself with the MSDS sheets for cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish dispensers, and perform carpet shampooing when requested.
  • Dust, clean, and wipe down store furniture, arcades, and equipment; sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, empty and clean wastebaskets and trash containers.
  • Maintain assigned cleaning equipment and hand tools, including scrubbers, extractors, washers, brooms, mops, and squeegees.
  • Wash walls and glass surfaces, using ladders as necessary.
  • Follow instructions regarding chemical usage and supply handling.
  • Move furniture, equipment, supplies, and tools as needed.
  • Wash accessible interior and exterior windows.
  • Launder cleaning rags and dust mops regularly.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of six months to one year of experience in a related field, such as retail, hospitality, or entertainment.
  • Prior experience in a cleaning environment is preferred, particularly in a bowling or game center establishment.
  • Strong customer service skills, excellent verbal communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high noise levels, dust, and activity.
Work Environment:

This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, stretching, twisting, climbing, and mobility in small spaces. You will also need to lift and move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
