Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Cedar Park Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll provide high-quality patient care, work autonomously, and contribute to our mission to reshape healthcare through connection.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of patients/families with acute, chronic, and/or potential health problems
* Conducting thorough patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medications as needed
* Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A graduate degree from an accredited advanced practice program
* Two or more years of outpatient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
* Current, unrestricted license in practicing state or eligibility for licensure
* Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or eligibility for registration
* Active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or eligibility to enroll
* Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; Athena preferred
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office
