Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Staff My Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads and schedule appointments to meet with customers
  • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Service includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Requirements:
  • Insurance Sales Experience/Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license
  • Life & Health license
