Job Summary

Vertex Service Partners is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our residential home improvement services operations in the East Region of New Jersey. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our day-to-day operations, driving growth, and creating a world-class workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Full P&L ownership and accountability for driving 20%+ organic growth through hiring, training, motivating, and retaining A+ salespeople
* Build a culture of engaged individuals with a total eNPS of 50+ and a market-leading brand through a maniacal focus on customer experience, reviews, and community engagement, achieving 4.8+/5 avg rating on Google and customer NPS of 90+
* Ensure financial reporting, software systems, and data are in line with Vertex expectations and manage to 45%+ Gross Margins
* Regularly communicate and collaborate with the Vertex executive leadership team and management teams at partner brands

Requirements

* 1-3 years of P&L Management experience
* 1-3 years of Sales & Marketing Management experience
* 1-3 years of Transformation/Change Management leadership experience and/or project leadership
* 10+ years of professional experience
