About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our team at the American Academy of Ophthalmology. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our ophthalmology practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of eye conditions, including glaucoma, cataracts, and age-related macular degeneration.
  • Perform surgical procedures, including cataract surgery and glaucoma surgery.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ophthalmology and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
Requirements
  • Board certification in ophthalmology.
  • Completion of a fellowship program in comprehensive ophthalmology or a related field.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
