Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Registered Nurses in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, performing specified duties and functions under their direct supervision.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering open communication and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in nursing care.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to meet the needs of patients and the team.
Requirements
  • Completion of an Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or CNA 2 coursework.
  • Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience as a CNA 2.
