Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven individual to join our team as an Enrollment Specialist at Douglas J Aveda Institutes & Salons. As a key member of our campus team, you will play a critical role in guiding prospective students through the school tour, enrollment, and student orientation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and dynamic Career Planning Sessions weekly, including a campus tour and thorough review of program-specific information, fees, class dates, and admissions process and requirements, for prospective students.
  • Determine acceptance for prospective students and work closely with the campus start team to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
  • Implement and execute weekly and monthly nurturing plans for all prospects and enrolled students to keep them engaged until their class starts.
  • Schedule and conduct enrollment agreement signings, and maintain accurate records in the Recruitment Database.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with prospective students and campus teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
