Compensation:

$66,560 - $87,360 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish systems for organizing tools, vehicles, and equipment, including scheduling maintenance as required.
  • Oversee contractors and labor teams, providing guidance to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Coordinate construction schedules and operations into a cohesive plan to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with contractors, essential subcontractors, and external suppliers to negotiate favorable contracts.
  • Mitigate risks, injuries, and delays by enforcing strict adherence to health and safety regulations on job sites and promptly addressing safety compliance issues.
Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a construction project management role.
  • Completion of OSHA 30 training.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the construction sector and the complete building process, including permits, blueprints, codes, equipment, materials, methods, and project management principles.
